• What's your refund policy?

  All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable simply notify us of the change and we'll update our guest list.

• Can I purchase multiple tickets?

  Each person must purchase their own ticket please.

• When should I arrive?

  We recommend arriving promptly at 6:00pm to enjoy the full experience. Our optional Happy Hour runs from 5:00–6:00pm. Erosion has daily Happy Hour from 3:00pm—6:00pm, Monday to Friday (closed Tuesday).

• What are Erosion Tap House's Happy Hour times?

  Erosion offers Happy Hour daily (M-F, closed Tuesday) from 3:00–6:00pm with special pricing on select items. Open to the public, however tickets are required for the actual event.

• Can I purchase extra charms?

  Yes! Extra charms will be available for purchase during the event if you'd like to add more to your piece.

• Are all sales final?

  Yes, all ticket and merchandise sales are final.
