• Tickets are non-refundable but transferable

• How long are the readings?

  Readings are approximately 10 minutes and may include astrology insight if you provide your birth info during checkout.

• Can I book more than one service?

  Each guest can only book one experience per ticket. If you’d like more than one service, we recommend "The Alchemist", which includes both permanent jewelry or charm and tarot + VIP Goodie Bag.

• Can I bring a friend who isn't getting a service?

  This is a ticketed and capacity-limited event. All guests must have a paid ticket, even if they’re not receiving a service. Each ticket includes bites, a drink, and a curated experience.

• Is there an age requirement?

  Yes, guests must be 18+ to attend and 21+ to receive a drink. IDs will be checked at the door.

• Are tickets refundable?

  Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place, just email us with their name so we can update the guest list.

• What should I bring?

  Just yourself! Optional: Any notes or intentions you’d like to explore during your reading. Comfortable clothing is recommended if you’re receiving a jewelry fitting.

• Will there be time slots for services?

  All services are offered on a first-come, rotating basis during the event. We recommend arriving on time to enjoy the full experience and ensure you get your service within the event window.
